Subscription Procedure

	Qatari investors	Non-Qatari investors
Individuals	Copy of national ID card (showing date & place of birth) Evidence of permanent address	Copy of passport (showing date & place of birth) For those resident in Qatar, copy of Qatari ID card Evidence of permanent address (latest electricity or telephone bill)
Institutions	Certified copy of commercial registration certificate issued by Ministry of Business & Trade Entity’s Memorandum or Articles of Association (or Prospectus if a Fund) Copies of national ID Cards of owners and joint partners Names of shareholders who own more than 10% of capital Name and specimen signature of authorised signatory and evidence of his/her requisite power and authority to buy units on behalf of the entity (constitutive documents or power of attorney or Board resolution)	Certified copy of commercial registration certificate by local licensing authority or regulator Entity’s Memorandum or Articles of Association (or Prospectus if a Fund) Copies of passports of owners and joint partners Names of shareholders who own more than 10% of capital Name and specimen signature of authorised signatory and evidence of his/her requisite power and authority to buy units on behalf of the entity (constitutive documents or power of attorney or Board resolution)
