AlRayan Rewards is AlRayan Bank’s loyalty program that allows Members to earn Go Points on eligible card transactions and redeem them for a wide range of rewards, including travel, vouchers, merchandise, and more.

How can I redeem my Go Points?

What can I redeem my points for?

Minimum redemption requirements vary by reward type and will be displayed on the Rewards platform.

Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected reward. Digital vouchers and Pay with Points redemptions are generally non refundable. Travel redemptions follow third party provider rules.

Can redeemed rewards be cancelled or refunded?

Yes. Go Points can be transferred between Members for a fee mentioned on the Rewards platform.

Can I transfer my Go Points to another person?

Upon cancellation of your Eligible Card, all accumulated Go Points will be forfeited.

What happens to my points if my card is cancelled?

No. Access is seamlessly integrated through the AlRayan Go app and AlRayan Go Web using your existing credentials.

What should I do if my points balance appears incorrect?

Yes. Depending on the service, you may receive SMS or email, or both together.

No. Enrollment is automatic and free for all Eligible Cardholders.

Do I need to register or pay any fees to join?

All AlRayan Credit Cards and Eqtisadi Cards, with the exception of AlRayan QA co-branded credit cards.

What is considered an Eligible Card?

You earn Go Points when you use your Eligible Card for Eligible Transactions as defined in the program Terms & Conditions.

How do I earn Go Points?

Yes. All Go Points earned by supplementary cardholders are credited to the primary Member’s Go Points Account.

Do supplementary cardholders earn Go Points?

Almost all in-store purchases and e-commerce transactions earn Go Points. However, certain transactions, such as refunds, cash withdrawals, or other non qualifying transactions do not earn points.

Will all my purchases earn Go Points?

Any Go Points earned on that transaction will be cancelled. If cancellation is not possible, then the Member’s Go Points Account shall be in the negative balance equal to the amount of the reversed Go Points.

What happens if a transaction is reversed or refunded?

Go Points earned are valid for 24 months from the date they are awarded.

Do Go Points expire?

A Telephone PIN (T-PIN) is a unique 4-digit passcode that AlRayan Bank customers can create to securely access banking services through the Call Center. By entering your T-PIN on the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system when calling 44253333, you are instantly verified and can quickly access services without additional authentication.

What is a Telephone PIN (T-PIN)?

No. The T-PIN is different from your card PIN.

Is the T-PIN the same as my card PIN?

Yes. Customers should never share their T-PIN with anyone, including Bank staff. The Bank will never ask for your T-PIN.

Is my T-PIN confidential?

The T-PIN process uses multi-factor verification (card + card PIN) during setup and ensures secure access to banking services.

How secure is the T-PIN process?

Any T-PIN is mapped to a particular CIF (Customer Information File). Under a unique CIF number, a customer can have multiple accounts which can all be serviced once the T-PIN is verified. However, if the customer has more than one CIF mapped to a mobile number, each CIF needs its own T-PIN.

Can I use the same T-PIN for multiple accounts?

Once verified via T-PIN, customers can access the following:

What services can I access using T-PIN?

Yes, only AlRayan Bank customers can generate and use a T-PIN. Non-bank customers can still call the center for general inquiries but will not have access to account-related services.

Is the T-PIN option limited to AlRayan Bank customers?

To set up a T-PIN, an AlRayan Bank customer needs any valid card (Debit, Credit, Himyan, or Eqtisadi) and the PIN of that card. This combination verifies the customer’s identity. Once verified, the customer can create a 4-digit T-PIN as a one-time setup process.

What is required to generate a T-PIN?

It is recommended to call from the registered mobile number for convenience.

Do customers need to call from their registered phone number?

Customers with an existing T-PIN can continue using it without any additional steps.

What happens if a customer already has a T-PIN?

Customers without a T-PIN must set one up. This will soon become mandatory for accessing services via Call Center. Agents will guide unverified customers to create a T-PIN and transfer them to the IVR option for setup.

What if a customer does not have a T-PIN yet?

To register successfully, follow these steps:

Yes. If a customer enters the wrong T-PIN three times, they will be prompted to reset it using the same setup process.

Can a customer reset a forgotten T-PIN?

If a mobile number is registered under two different CIFs, the customer must create a separate T-PIN for each CIF. To access services for a specific CIF, they must enter QID or Account Number + T-PIN.
